Our Team

Sabrina D. Williams founded Reach Walk Climb, Inc. to honor the legacy and values of her late grandparents, Raymond and Curley Mae Walker. Sabrina's grandparents had 14 children who were all first-generation college attendee and graduates. They became educators, doctors, and entrepreneurs. The Walker's instilled a foundation of giving back to the community, which fueled Sabrina's passion to give birth to RWC Inc.  

Sabrina is a certified human resources professional with over 20 years of experience. She earned a Masters of Business Administration through the Executive MBA Program at Texas Woman's University. During her human resources career, she worked for a government contractor, large corporate retailer, family-owned businesses, financial institution, and a non-profit organization. To perfect her skills, she is credentialed as a professional in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP). She implemented various corporate-wide programs, championed the knowledge and understanding of diversity and inclusion and was a staunch advocate of educational and training programs. While leading talent acquisition and becoming more present to challenges that stifle upward mobility and personal success, she stepped into her purpose to inspire self-value, worth and action-oriented dreaming that fuels African Americans to grow and serve as a change catalyst for others.

Sabrina has served on the Board of a local nonprofit organization and is active in her church and community. She and her husband are proud U.S. Army Veterans. Her father served in the U.S. Air Force, her brother in the Marines, and her sons and daughter-n-love are currently serving in the US Navy. She comes from a family that believes in serving. 

Her personal mission is to be a catalyst for positive change. Sabrina made a decision to give back to her community by sharing her talent, time, treasure, and passion. 

Sabrina works with a Board of Directors and volunteers to help bring her vision for Reach Walk Climb to life. She believes that it is important for her community to dream and for Reach Walk Climb to be the catalyst to help those dreams come true! She believes we should never shrink our shine!
